| Rail Road Tank Cars Rail service for the terminal is provided by Norfolk Southern, CSX Transportation and the Eastern Shore Railroad. Norfolk Oil is capable of storing 60 jumbo tank cars. |

| Containment Boom Norfolk Oil maintains 750 foot of containment boom on Pier N. Annual practice drills, as well as unannounced mock drills to assure that all personnel are trained and prepared to respond quickly to any emergency. |
